My name is Marco Claudio Valente
I'm an italian trained Civil Engineer, MRICS Chartered Surveyor and BIID Affiliate, with a multi national background in property asset management, technical due diligence and architectural/interior design advisory.
I have spent several years managing residential properties assets across Italy, Spain and London UK, developing specialised expertise to combine engineering precision and professional standard, RICS level professional standard with deep knowledge of italian and spanish residential markets .
I believe that buying a property abroad should feel exciting, not uncertain.
My work and my team is guided by clarity, thoroughness, and a committement to protecting clients from technical, legal and financial surprises.

As we do not accept commissions or referral fees from sellers or local intermediaries, all remuneration is derived exclusively from our clients. This structure guarantees objective, client-focused advice throughout the acquisition journey.

We do not mediate between seller and buyer, we do not earn commissions from sellers, and we do not conduct regulated brokerage .
